Order Cancellation before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours to receive a refund.

Contact us at support@babyjoykids.com to cancel your order immediately. Please provide us with your order details, including the order number and the receiver's name or email address. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Order Cancellation after Shipment
If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it but before the item is delivered, you will receive a refund minus a recall fee of $25 AUD. After we have received the returned item, a refund minus the recall fee will be credited back to your original payment account within 3-7 business days.

Returned Item

We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

Promotional items, flash sales, clearance products, and any items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
For other purchases, return eligibility will depend on our standard return policy.

If any shipment is not fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, orders that exceed 10 business days can choose between order cancellations or refunds.

We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Babyjoy. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

Defective Item
If you believe you have received a defective or faulty product, please contact us within 3 business days and provide the outer package's and product's defective pictures to confirm, at support@babyjoykids.com before returning the item. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible and will assist with troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing the item. Please do not attempt to fix or modify the item yourself, as this may void any applicable warranty or return policy.

Received the Wrong Item
While we follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure accuracy, there may be instances where you receive the wrong item. If this happens, you can choose to keep the incorrect item with a partial refund or request the correct item. If you decide to request the correct item, we may offer you a free return shipping label. Please get in touch with us at support@babyjoykids.com and provide your order details, and we will assist you with the next steps. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund, as requested.

Item Damaged During Transit
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please reject the delivery immediately and contact us at support@babyjoykids.com. We will work with the shipping company to expedite a replacement order. Alternatively, you can request a refund after we've submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and received confirmation. Please provide us with images and videos of the damaged product and package box, as we may need them for the claim process.

Missing or Lost Item
If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@babyjoykids.com with your order number and tracking number. We will initiate a lost package claim to help recover your missing or lost package. Please note that the process may take up to 7 days to receive a formal confirmation from the shipping company.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping Costs & GST:
1. Free shipping to most metro areas in Australia, variable shipping charges according to the weight of the product in other areas.
2. Currency and Settlement: All transactions and payments will be conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any amounts quoted, billed, or paid in other currencies will be converted to AUD at the prevailing exchange rate.
3. Pricing and GST: All prices listed for products and services are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Australian tax regulations. However, it's important to note that these prices do not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in New Zealand.
For orders placed from New Zealand, please be informed that we are not a registered entity in New Zealand and do not possess a New Zealand Inland Revenue Department (IRD) number. Consequently, we are unable to provide invoices with New Zealand GST. Our invoices for New Zealand orders will not include any GST charges.
4. New Zealand Orders and GST Responsibility: Customers placing orders from New Zealand are responsible for the declaration and payment of Goods and Services Tax (GST) to the appropriate New Zealand authorities. As we are not registered for New Zealand GST and do not possess an IRD number, customers are required to handle the GST reporting and settlement process independently.

If your item is in stock, your order will be estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.
If you pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. Items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive payment. If you order multiple items with different delivery destinations, they may be shipped separately.
In cases of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, the processing of orders may be delayed. However, we will do our best to expedite your order as soon as possible once the conditions permit.
At Babyjoy, we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our products are not damaged during shipping. However, product damage can occur during transit from our shipping facility to your home or business. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us by e-mail (support@babyjoykids.com) and apply for a refund or return within 3 business days of receiving your package. Please note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operational damages (system malfunctions) and take digital photographs to provide proof of the damage in detail, as this will help us process your order refund.
Please be advised that shipping to rural and remote areas may take longer.

Perfect!

I'm a 5km to 10km runner and I've been looking for a comfortable stroller for my daughter and me while running. Of all the strollers I've looked at, this one fits my budget perfectly. The price of this stroller surprised me because I love it so much; my almost two-year-old daughter also absolutely loves it. It's very comfortable and safe, and my baby sits comfortably in it. It's lightweight and very smooth to push while running. The materials are also excellent, high quality. The sun protection layer is wide and doesn't shrink even after stretching. Although the size might be a bit large, it's mainly for easy storage at home or in the car, and I really love it. For running enthusiasts like us, this stroller offers great value for money. I highly recommend it.

This is a great stroller. It can be easily pushed on both paved and dirt roads.

A fantastic everyday stroller with very thoughtful design features.

This stroller has become our main vehicle! It's not perfect, but it's really great as an everyday stroller. Let's start with the downsides: 1. The safety harness covers/pads easily fall off if not fastened securely. While we might not use them often, I like to have them on, so it's inconvenient if they fall out when only one hand is free. 2. It's not very compact, so it's a bit inconvenient to put in the trunk. I wish it came with a storage bag. 3. Its name is a bit misleading. I initially bought it for running, but later found it's not really suitable for running, which was a bit disappointing. Even so, we chose this stroller as our main vehicle because it has many other advantages! 1. Sunshade. It completely blocks out the sun. And I especially love its magnetic windows! It's designed for ventilation. I like that it's magnetic instead of a zipper. This makes opening and closing the windows as needed much easier. 2. The backrest adjustment isn't a zipper; you just push it up or pull it down to adjust as needed. Adjusting the stroller is very convenient, whether the baby is in the car or not. My baby sleeps very well and seems very comfortable in it. 3. It has a built-in leg rest! I never thought this feature was important before, but now that it's here, my baby is much more comfortable. The leg rest also serves as an extra entry point for storing small items. 4. The storage space under the stroller is very large. In the photo, we have an insulated bag, a shoulder bag, and several water bottles. Since the rear space was already full, I used the footrest entry point to easily retrieve and store wipes without having to take everything out. 5. It's very maneuverable. While it's not designed for jogging, I love how well it handles rough terrain, and I plan to use it for hiking in the future. 6. Overall, the quality feels very good. The stroller frame feels sturdy and durable, and the fabric is great.

Assembly doesn't require anyone, haha.

This stroller was so easy to assemble that I didn't even need instructions or a partner's help. It's large, of good quality, and affordable—simply perfect!

Big, but very beautiful

I absolutely love this stroller! Although it's pricey, I take my child for walks every day in the summer, so owning a good stroller is definitely worth it. It is indeed a bit bulky and a little difficult to move. But I love its bicycle tires and its all-terrain adaptability.

absolutely love this stroller! My previous one was stolen, so I had to buy another one. But I have to say, this stroller is definitely worth every penny. I especially love that the seat is adjustable, so my baby can face you or face away from you. My baby loves looking at me. This stroller is very sturdy and durable, handling all kinds of terrain with ease. I've pushed it on sidewalks, gravel roads, and grassy areas, and it feels completely under my control. I also love that the handlebars are height-adjustable, making it easy for taller people to ride, and adjusting the handlebar height according to the slope makes pushing the stroller more stable. I also have a jogging stroller, but I usually use this one when I take my baby for walks in the evening because it's fully functional, comfortable for my baby, and has storage space underneath, which is convenient for when I go shopping.

I love this stroller so much!

Pros: Very easy to operate. The sunshade area is huge. Each seat can be individually adjusted to a very comfortable angle, making it convenient for the baby to nap. This stroller has accompanied us to markets, 5km runs, gravel roads, Disneyland, and other theme parks. I will never use another stroller for my daughters again. Cons: The stroller is quite large, so it requires a large trunk. It's also relatively heavy to lift. I saw some reviews saying that this stroller is difficult to fold; however, I found it easy to fold and unfold.

Best strollers

I've used many strollers, and this is absolutely my favorite. I just had my last child, and she didn't really like going out in our current stroller. She's 5 months old now and doesn't like sitting in the bassinet, always wanting to sit up. This stroller perfectly solved our problem. She loves sitting in it now. I love that it can face forward or face me. The basket capacity is large. Although the stroller is compact, it doesn't feel small. The seat can be fully upright or easily laid flat. Even when laid flat, it doesn't wake the baby. The seat space is very spacious; I think she can use it for years. This is truly a wonderful stroller. I don't regret buying it at all.

This stroller is fantastic! I've been using it for a whole week now. I finally upgraded from my old stroller to this one, and it's super easy to assemble, fold, and unfold. We push it for 4 miles every day! I'm not very big or strong, but it's very easy for me to use! It's very smooth to push; I even push it on the grass! It handles bumpy roads with ease! My daughter loves taking it for walks every day! I love that it has a small window so I can see her while walking. She feels very stable and safe inside! The brakes are also very simple; just a gentle kick is all it takes. Absolutely great value for money!
