Order Cancellation before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours to receive a refund.
Contact us at support@babyjoykids.com to cancel your order immediately. Please provide us with your order details, including the order number and the receiver's name or email address. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Order Cancellation after Shipment
If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it but before the item is delivered, you will receive a refund minus a recall fee of $25 AUD. After we have received the returned item, a refund minus the recall fee will be credited back to your original payment account within 3-7 business days.
Returned Item
We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
Promotional items, flash sales, clearance products, and any items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
For other purchases, return eligibility will depend on our standard return policy.
If any shipment is not fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, orders that exceed 10 business days can choose between order cancellations or refunds.

We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Babyjoy. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Defective Item
If you believe you have received a defective or faulty product, please contact us within 3 business days and provide the outer package's and product's defective pictures to confirm, at support@babyjoykids.com before returning the item. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible and will assist with troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing the item. Please do not attempt to fix or modify the item yourself, as this may void any applicable warranty or return policy.
Received the Wrong Item
While we follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure accuracy, there may be instances where you receive the wrong item. If this happens, you can choose to keep the incorrect item with a partial refund or request the correct item. If you decide to request the correct item, we may offer you a free return shipping label. Please get in touch with us at support@babyjoykids.com and provide your order details, and we will assist you with the next steps. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund, as requested.
Item Damaged During Transit
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please reject the delivery immediately and contact us at support@babyjoykids.com. We will work with the shipping company to expedite a replacement order. Alternatively, you can request a refund after we've submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and received confirmation. Please provide us with images and videos of the damaged product and package box, as we may need them for the claim process.
Missing or Lost Item
If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@babyjoykids.com with your order number and tracking number. We will initiate a lost package claim to help recover your missing or lost package. Please note that the process may take up to 7 days to receive a formal confirmation from the shipping company.

1. Free shipping to most metro areas in Australia, variable shipping charges according to the weight of the product in other areas.
2. Currency and Settlement: All transactions and payments will be conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any amounts quoted, billed, or paid in other currencies will be converted to AUD at the prevailing exchange rate.
3. Pricing and GST: All prices listed for products and services are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Australian tax regulations. However, it's important to note that these prices do not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in New Zealand.
For orders placed from New Zealand, please be informed that we are not a registered entity in New Zealand and do not possess a New Zealand Inland Revenue Department (IRD) number. Consequently, we are unable to provide invoices with New Zealand GST. Our invoices for New Zealand orders will not include any GST charges.

This turned out so cute!! Can’t speak on how it holds up because I haven’t given it to my toddler yet but it’s the perfect size! Do NOT wait until Christmas Eve to put it together. It took me 3-4 hours by myself so glad I did it early. The only downfall so far is I don’t like how the fridge isn’t connected to the rest of the kitchen. We’ll be finding a way to connect them. Love it otherwise. Directions are easy to follow just time consuming

I have purchased several kitchens for my granddaughters. This one by far is the best quality and contains a realistic setting to every girls dream. Sink dispenses water from the spout and provides a realistic setting cleaning the dishes feel. I say to assemble and perfect night for a 1 year old.

Love this kitchen so much! I love the L-shaped design since most play kitchens look the same. It took my husband and I about 2-2.5 hours to put it together. It feels pretty sturdy and hasn't taken any damage from our 2.5 yr old and our 11mo in the last 6 months. The only issue we had was one of the handles on the cabinets. The screw was stripped and kept getting loose and coming off. We eventually just bought a separate handle and used that. Other than that, we love it and it gets used every day! Also the fridge is not attached to the rest of the kitchen so you can move it to either side which was cool!

This is a great kitchen for the price tag. Our child had a previous kitchen also made of wood and he ended up breaking most of the doors and accessories.
This kitchen is very sturdy, it comes with metal accessories which are really realistic and gives the child this extra feeling of "doing like mum and dad". It's also providing a lot of extra storage. The the electronic water dispenser provides a lot of extra fun.

I like that it’s sturdy and my toddler can’t push it. Her last kitchen she was able to move it around and I was worried about it scratching the floors. This one hasn’t moved since we build it. Very functional, don’t need to be 3+. Keeps her entertained for hours.

Bought this for our grandson he spent Christmas morning playing with his fellow cousins all boys they all enjoyed playing chef. Just the right height for a 2 yr old, wish it had shelves in fridge and maybe a light in play fan. Husband assembled took a couple hrs but doable.
This thing is a DOOZY to put together. Seriously, grab yourself an adult beverage and expect to be working on it for 3 hours. You might think “nah I can beat that,” but that’s exactly what we said after reading these reviews (my husband is an engineer, and we’re both very handy). We were so very naive. HOWEVER, once it’s put together, it is perfect! This was a gift for my daughter’s 2nd birthday, and it is the PERFECT size for her. I do wish there was a way to attach the refrigerator to the rest of the kitchen (it stands alone and is easily tipped), but we will have to do that on our own. Overall, this is perfect for our daughter and aesthetic for our living space!
Honestly this was not a breaze to make, it took me about 3 hours and there we some pieces that didn't have the number on them (sticker most likely fell off before they boxed it) and some holes didn't match up so I had to make a new ones. Honestly, Ikea style but a little level up because of the amount of pieces, but in the end it seems pretty solid, looks great and there's quite a bit of space for storage inside. I'm sure it'll last a while! I love that there are so many features that other kitchens only have one or none of (microwave, stove pieces, sink, oven buttons that click, water on fridge...) and that it comes with some cookware. Things to consider : the work you have to put into building it, how tiny the cookware is, fridge is unattached to the rest of the kitchen, does not come with tools (screws and all of that yes though), you need AAA batteries for the fridge. I honestly like it and I do recommend it.
Everything was labeled correctly with numbers or letters and instructions. I assembled the whole piece myself and it took me about couple of hours to do it. It’s strong and sturdy. Such a cute addition to our play kitchen for a two year old. Couldn’t wait !( already turning the stove knob constantly)
This kitchen is both adorable and well made, with great attention to detail and quality materials that make it look almost like a mini real kitchen. However, be prepared for a long setup process, installation is time consuming, with many small parts that need careful assembly. But the end result is worth it, my kiddo loves it.
Was easier to assemble than I thought it would be. Still a lot of pieces though. Best advice is to lay everything out by number in chronological order before starting.
