Order Cancellation before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours to receive a refund.
Contact us at support@babyjoykids.com to cancel your order immediately. Please provide us with your order details, including the order number and the receiver's name or email address. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Order Cancellation after Shipment
If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it but before the item is delivered, you will receive a refund minus a recall fee of $25 AUD. After we have received the returned item, a refund minus the recall fee will be credited back to your original payment account within 3-7 business days.
Returned Item
We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
Promotional items, flash sales, clearance products, and any items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
For other purchases, return eligibility will depend on our standard return policy.
If any shipment is not fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, orders that exceed 10 business days can choose between order cancellations or refunds.

We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Babyjoy. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.
Defective Item
If you believe you have received a defective or faulty product, please contact us within 3 business days and provide the outer package's and product's defective pictures to confirm, at support@babyjoykids.com before returning the item. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible and will assist with troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing the item. Please do not attempt to fix or modify the item yourself, as this may void any applicable warranty or return policy.
Received the Wrong Item
While we follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure accuracy, there may be instances where you receive the wrong item. If this happens, you can choose to keep the incorrect item with a partial refund or request the correct item. If you decide to request the correct item, we may offer you a free return shipping label. Please get in touch with us at support@babyjoykids.com and provide your order details, and we will assist you with the next steps. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund, as requested.
Item Damaged During Transit
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please reject the delivery immediately and contact us at support@babyjoykids.com. We will work with the shipping company to expedite a replacement order. Alternatively, you can request a refund after we've submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and received confirmation. Please provide us with images and videos of the damaged product and package box, as we may need them for the claim process.
Missing or Lost Item
If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@babyjoykids.com with your order number and tracking number. We will initiate a lost package claim to help recover your missing or lost package. Please note that the process may take up to 7 days to receive a formal confirmation from the shipping company.

Shipping Costs & GST:
1. Free shipping to most metro areas in Australia, variable shipping charges according to the weight of the product in other areas.
2. Currency and Settlement: All transactions and payments will be conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any amounts quoted, billed, or paid in other currencies will be converted to AUD at the prevailing exchange rate.
3. Pricing and GST: All prices listed for products and services are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Australian tax regulations. However, it's important to note that these prices do not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in New Zealand.
For orders placed from New Zealand, please be informed that we are not a registered entity in New Zealand and do not possess a New Zealand Inland Revenue Department (IRD) number. Consequently, we are unable to provide invoices with New Zealand GST. Our invoices for New Zealand orders will not include any GST charges.
4. New Zealand Orders and GST Responsibility: Customers placing orders from New Zealand are responsible for the declaration and payment of Goods and Services Tax (GST) to the appropriate New Zealand authorities. - At Babyjoy, we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our products are not damaged during shipping. However, product damage can occur during transit from our shipping facility to your home or business. I was very impressed with the quality of this tent. The material is quiet smooth, opaque & not see-through or thin. The material sat over the frame really smoothly, it is also a great height. My 3 year old toddler has her play kitchen inside, and she loves it 🙂
This kids tent playhouse has been such a lovely addition to our home, and I was honestly surprised by how much my 18 month old toddler enjoyed it. Even though the recommended age range goes up to older kids, it worked beautifully for a younger toddler with supervision. From the moment it was set up, my little one was immediately drawn to it, climbing in and out, sitting at the small table, and treating it like his own little space.
What really stands out is the wooden frame. It feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy or wobbly, which gave me peace of mind while he was exploring. The soft floor mat adds comfort and makes it feel cozy enough for quiet play, reading books, or just sitting with toys. The table and chair set is a great bonus and feels thoughtfully sized for small children. My toddler especially loved scribbling on the blackboard, even if it was mostly random lines at this stage.
I also appreciated the side storage bag, which helped keep small toys and books organized instead of scattered all over the floor. It made cleanup easier and encouraged some early habits of putting things away. The tent itself creates a nice enclosed space without feeling cramped, which seems to help with imaginative play and focus.
Overall, this playhouse feels like a mini activity center rather than just a tent. It keeps my toddler engaged, curious, and happy, which is always a win. Watching him smile and run back into it again and again made it completely worth it.
This wooden tent is of decent quality, no defects found during unboxing. Every wooden piece is well wrapped and protected. Easy to set up following instructions. It’s pretty uniquely designed for kids, with safer rounded corners, toy organizers, height adjustable desk that can be used both inside and outside the tent, chair to go with the desk. Desk top can also be used as chalkboard, kids can draw on it with the colorful water chalks it comes with. The tent is quite spacious. Our two little kids can both be in it and have extra room to move freely. Sturdy and multifunctional.
Beautiful, well made,easy to assemble. It fits approx. four average sized 7 year olds, and my daughter now wants to sleep in it all the time! Highly recommend it!
Beautiful design and sturdy structure. Wish the net curtains were a different material. The finished product wasn??t as crisp as shown in the photos (saggy windows). Love the extra inclusions of bunting and star lights (we put our light inside for extra magic!)

Love this play tent for the kids. It’s durable and looks really nice. I run a daycare with several rowdy boys and this tent has withheld all their shenanigans. It’s easy to put together. Took me 15 minutes. Absolutely worth the money
We had a teepee play tent for 2 years, until my little one broke one of its poles. This new tent is a different type and has more space for his increasing number of toys and his growing little boy. It's able to accommodate his friends at play dates as well. We're planning to invite three little friends for his birthday party, and this tent is expected to allow them to enjoy a memorable social time.
A mat comes with the tent, and thus the old climbing mat we have for 3 years now could retire which takes up too much of the floor space. A table and chair set also comes with this combo, and my boy likes drawing pictures there, using pencils and crayons he grabbed from the removable storage bin.
Wonderful and my niece loves it. The only feedback is that the reversible table should be more secure.
