Unable to install as the frame was misaligned due to manufacturing error. Unable to get any response from Babyjoy either after 5 emails and no phone number or customer care. Can someone please get back to me ASAP!

Excellent! Bought it for a birthday party and it was awesome! We will use it heaps during summer. Kids ages from 1 to 7 all enjoyed it!
Great 👍
Amazing, definitely recommend.
For all the features it comes with and how easy it is to assemble, the price is a steal!
Doesn’t take up too much room, plenty of storage underneath.
As a first time mother, I was worried about what bed to buy for my baby and I’m so glad I went with this one.
I give it 9/10. My only issue was that it was creaky sometimes, but after I tightened the screws on the inside of the height levels, it got quieter. Just tighten the screws as much as you can and you may have to tighten them every now and then.
Don’t hesitate, buy it!
This is such a great pram for such a steal! Smooth, easy to put together and folds so easily!
Very pleased with this product our little boy loves it and was a hit at his birthday party. Delivery was very quick also
Loved the push pull wagon exactly as advertised nice and sturdy can’t wait to give it to my grandson for his first birthday
A good quality product. My grandson loves it. The only bit that was a bit frustrating was the less than clear assembly instructions.
Communication excellent, delivery quick. easy to build, a good sturdy car for toddlers. Just to note only can fit 1 toddler in at any time.
Good quality, easy to build! My kids love it 💙
We bought this for my daughter’s 2nd bday and she absolutely love it. Very sturdy and good quality
I love it, easy to assemble and fits exactly the space I had
Love it
Fantastic addition for grandson.
He absolutely loves using it.
We had to add nuts on the wheels as they were not turning. The wheel, bolt and side of the walker were rubbing against each other so the wheel would not turn. Once we fixed this the walker goes beautifully. I love the tread on the wheels as it moves seamlessly between our different flooring and does not get stuck on the mats and rugs.
The kids bookshelf is well made and instructions on how to put it together are clear and easy to follow. The whole unit looks great and my granddaughter loves it.
Quick shipping. Excellent quality and exactly what I needed. Perfect for short parents or parents with back problems like myself. The mattress is also way better quality than some instore big brand names i have purchased in the past. Love the nappy caddy attachment. I have been recommending baby joy to all my friends as they are so affordable with great selection and quality. This has everything I wanted in a portacot.
Was a gift for me great granddaughter loved daughter she loves the set
It was perfect for what I needed, storage for my grandchildren’s books, puzzles and toys and it fit neatly into the wardrobe so when they are not visiting their room looks tidy
Absolutely love this high chair. As a FTM I looked around for awhile to find something suitable & versatile. Very easy to assemble by yourself. A very sturdy functional chair set up. Everything is made of good strong plastic plus the steel frame to support under the table. The chair is very easy to detach from the table top as the legs just unclip & then easily clip back into place to make a high chair again. 110% recommend getting this. I now have 2 so I'm not carting one place to the other.
My 4 yr old loves it and so do the other kids at the local bike park . Very happy thankyou
Great product at a great price. Quick and efficient postage. Product is of good quality and is actually really lovely and bright colours. 15 month old loves it
