Order Cancellation before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours to receive a refund.
Contact us at support@babyjoykids.com to cancel your order immediately. Please provide us with your order details, including the order number and the receiver's name or email address. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Order Cancellation after Shipment
If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it but before the item is delivered, you will receive a refund minus a recall fee of $25 AUD. After we have received the returned item, a refund minus the recall fee will be credited back to your original payment account within 3-7 business days.
Returned Item
We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
Promotional items, flash sales, clearance products, and any items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.

We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Babyjoy. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Defective Item
If you believe you have received a defective or faulty product, please contact us within 3 business days and provide the outer package's and product's defective pictures to confirm, at support@babyjoykids.com before returning the item. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible and will assist with troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing the item. Please do not attempt to fix or modify the item yourself, as this may void any applicable warranty or return policy.
Received the Wrong Item
While we follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure accuracy, there may be instances where you receive the wrong item. If this happens, you can choose to keep the incorrect item with a partial refund or request the correct item. If you decide to request the correct item, we may offer you a free return shipping label. Please get in touch with us at support@babyjoykids.com and provide your order details, and we will assist you with the next steps. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund, as requested.
Item Damaged During Transit
If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please reject the delivery immediately and contact us at support@babyjoykids.com. We will work with the shipping company to expedite a replacement order. Alternatively, you can request a refund after we've submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and received confirmation. Please provide us with images and videos of the damaged product and package box, as we may need them for the claim process.
Missing or Lost Item
If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@babyjoykids.com with your order number and tracking number. We will initiate a lost package claim to help recover your missing or lost package. Please note that the process may take up to 7 days to receive a formal confirmation from the shipping company.

1. Free shipping to most metro areas in Australia, variable shipping charges according to the weight of the product in other areas.
2. Currency and Settlement: All transactions and payments will be conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any amounts quoted, billed, or paid in other currencies will be converted to AUD at the prevailing exchange rate.
3. Pricing and GST: All prices listed for products and services are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Australian tax regulations. However, it's important to note that these prices do not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in New Zealand.

I honestly really like this walker. It feels very safe and sturdy, which was my biggest concern. The base is wide and stable, so I don’t feel nervous when my baby is moving around in it. The seat is soft and comfortable, and the whole thing just feels well made.
It’s not just a basic walker either. There are a lot of features that keep my baby busy, like the little toys, music, and lights. I also like that I can adjust the height as my baby grows, so we’ll be able to use it for a while.

HONEY JOY Baby Walker is adorable!!!! The combination of the 7-in-1, bouncer, walker, rocker, activity center, push seat, is a all in one great value and worth your money and time to get. It was so easy to put together from box to finial piece took 15 minutes, it comes mostly assembled. The very detailed instructions helped a lot. They were in several languages as well. The car design is adorable but it also helps with safety as it is high and completely surrounds the baby. It is foldable so you can store it neatly away when not in use but with it being a Baby Bouncer and Rocker Combo, Infant Activity Center with Canopy. I can see it being used all the time. It rolls really smooth and steady on carpet and hardwood. When you take your older children to the park no need to keep the baby in the stroller or gross sand box, let them chase their siblings in their very own car! The activity center has lights, plays music and a horn so there's warning the little one is near, lol., I really appreciate that the frame is adjustable height so it can grow with your little one. The activity tray is removable so you could even use it as a snack seat.
This is would probably be the best thing to take to Grandparents house. This HONEY JOY Walkera great quality baby walker it's actually made by Costoway which is an English company. They have some of the highest safety standards for children. The materials are well made and will last for years. This HONEY JOY 7IN 1 Baby Walker would make a great baby shower gift and a gift that could be passed to the next child in the family without concerns.

Just received yesterday. Fast delivery here in perth. Assembly is easy. Looks fab. Just that I ordered it early at 7th month, its bit not reachable to bottom. so for height of 2.5 ft will be min i think to reach bottom

Worth every penny, I was on the fence at first because of the price. This product has exceeded my expectations tremendously. It’s made with strong, quality materials! It’s fairly easy to put together without using the instructions. You can raise it to different heights as your child grows . This is my 3rd child and this is by far the safest walker I have ever used. When you think about how many different things it can do, it saves you a ton of money. I would recommend this to any moms with a little one.
At 8 months, my granddaughter is really enjoying this 7‑in‑1 walker. Right now, the seated walker mode is exactly what she needs. The cushioned seat keeps her comfortable, and the wide, stable base makes me feel confident letting her move around in it. She’s especially drawn to the little car‑themed dashboard...the steering wheel, the lights, and the music keep her entertained longer than most toys we’ve tried. It gives her something to focus on while she’s still building strength and coordination.
What I really like is knowing this isn’t something she’ll outgrow in a month or two. As she gets bigger and starts pulling herself up, I can already see how the push‑walker mode and the adjustable wheel speed will help her practice walking safely. The bouncer and rocker features will give her new ways to move as she becomes more active, and the height adjustments mean it’ll stay comfortable for her as she grows. We recently ordered the HONEY JOY 7-in-1 Foldable Baby Walker for our granddaughter, and it has quickly become one of the most versatile and useful baby items we’ve used so far.
